Temp to Perm Placements - If you are unhappy with any worker, for any reason, when they first start their placement then notify us within six hours. You will not be invoiced for this time and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Permanent Placement - If for any reason a person leaves within 100 days of starting for you we will refund the introduction fee in full.

Rates of pay
We always offer very competitive rates. Our policy is to pay staff at the same rate that you would pay if the person was working for you. The hourly rate we charge you includes Employer's NI, holiday pay and an administration charges. As you are aware the national minimum wage is revised annually in October each year and we ensure that the national minimum wage requirements are always met. VAT at the current rate will be added to all invoices.
