Can Workforce Plus supply workers under the CIS?
Yes, Workforce Plus is registered under the Construction Industry Scheme. So you can make the CIS deduction from our invoices. We cannot supply workers who are self-employed. We can only supply workers who are employed by us directly and who are paid by us under the PAYE system. We are prepared to source workers to work self-employed for an introduction fee. Is Workforce Plus registered with the GLA
Yes, Workforce Plus has a licence (URN WORK0023) to act as a gangmaster as defined by section 4 of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004. So if you are in an industry where this licence is required we can legally supply all the workers you require. The Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) regulates those who supply labour or use workers to provide services in agriculture, forestry, horticulture, shellfish gathering and food processing and packaging.
