Do the workers speak English?
You will not find any workers who can speak English the same as a native British person. You will need to decide on what will be a realistic acceptable level of English for you. The higher your requirements the more difficult it will be to find that person. Our experience has shown that for most jobs the vocabulary required is very limited and can be learnt in a very short space of time. Not so long ago we supplied a highly experienced toolmaker that did not speak a word of English. We had reservations in this instance. The employer found that the engineering drawings he supplied were sufficient for this toolmaker to do his job without any problem.
