Temporary or Permanent
You can choose between ‘Temporary’, 'Temp to Perm’ or ‘Permanent’ workers. It's up to you. If you only have work for a few weeks, even just one week, then Temporary workers are ideal as you only take staff on, and pay for the time needed.
With ‘Temp to Perm’ you can try out the worker, and if they suit your needs, you can put them on your payroll with no extra cost after an agreed period. The ‘Temp to Perm’ period can be as little as fourteen weeks, this period will be agreed with you before the workers starts working for you. If you choose to employ the worker before the end of this period, a placement fee will be charged.
If you know you have an immediate demand for full time staff, you can choose to employ any worker on permanent placement from the outset. For a permanent vacancy we will advertise it, at no cost to you, screen the candidates who respond and put forward a shortlist of the best candidates to you, for you to interview and make a final selection. The placement fee is based on remuneration and is payable once a suitable candidate commences working for you. This placement fee is fully refundable in the event of the candidate leaving you, within 100 days, for any reason whatsoever.
To improve the service that we give you and other clients we may ask you for the reason of the unsuitability of the candidate should the candidate leave your employment. This will help us to avoid any similar instances in the future.
All recruitment is on a contingency basis, which means that you pay only if and when you employ a worker.
